Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef (ground chuck)
- 8 slices thick-cut bacon
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 4 slices cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 brioche burger buns
- Fresh lettuce
- Tomato slices
- Pickles

Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Set aside on paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Form into patties slightly larger than the buns.
- In the same skillet, cook the burger patties for 4-5 minutes per side. Add cheese on top to melt just before finishing.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a pan. Spread ranch dressing on the bottom bun, add lettuce, the cheeseburger patty, bacon, tomato slices, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.
- Let burgers rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with sides like garlic fries or a fresh salad.
Notes
For a healthier option, consider using turkey or bison instead of beef or avocado instead of cheese. Serve with a toppings bar for guests to customize their burgers.
