Description

A delicious Bacon Ranch Cheeseburger featuring juicy beef, crispy bacon, creamy ranch dressing, and fresh toppings, perfect for summer gatherings and family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (ground chuck)
  • 8 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 slices cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 brioche burger buns
  • Fresh lettuce
  • Tomato slices
  • Pickles
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Set aside on paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Form into patties slightly larger than the buns.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the burger patties for 4-5 minutes per side. Add cheese on top to melt just before finishing.
  4. Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a pan. Spread ranch dressing on the bottom bun, add lettuce, the cheeseburger patty, bacon, tomato slices, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.
  5. Let burgers rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with sides like garlic fries or a fresh salad.
