- 12 Medjool dates
- 6 slices of thinly sliced bacon
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- If your dates are pitted, slice them slightly on one side to create an opening. If not, carefully remove the pit.
- Stuff each date with a small spoonful of goat cheese.
- Cut each slice of bacon in half and wrap around each stuffed date, securing with a toothpick.
- Place the wrapped dates on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced apart.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the bacon is golden brown and crispy, turning halfway through.
- Drizzle warm dates with honey before serving.
- Enjoy while warm!
