Description

A delightful combination of sweet Medjool dates, creamy goat cheese, and crispy bacon, drizzled with honey for a gourmet appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Medjool dates
  • 6 slices of thinly sliced bacon
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. If your dates are pitted, slice them slightly on one side to create an opening. If not, carefully remove the pit.
  3. Stuff each date with a small spoonful of goat cheese.
  4. Cut each slice of bacon in half and wrap around each stuffed date, securing with a toothpick.
  5. Place the wrapped dates on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced apart.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the bacon is golden brown and crispy, turning halfway through.
  7. Drizzle warm dates with honey before serving.
  8. Enjoy while warm!

Notes

For variations, add chopped nuts or fresh herbs for extra flavor.
