- 4 eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Slice the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop out a bit of flesh to create space for the eggs.
- Place the avocado halves in a baking dish or on a lined baking tray.
- Crack one egg into each avocado half, being careful not to break the yolk.
- Season with salt and pepper, and add any chosen herbs or toppings.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until the egg whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your liking.
- Garnish with additional salt, herbs, or olive oil, and serve warm.
Notes
For better results, choose avocados that are not too hard or too soft. Check the eggs after 10 minutes of baking to avoid overcooking.
