Description

A rich and indulgent dessert featuring crumbled Biscoff cookies, creamy layers, and a delightful crunch from nuts.


Ingredients

  • 8 Biscoff cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup whipped cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds or pecans
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Crush the Biscoff cookies into coarse crumbs using a food processor or by rolling a rolling pin over a ziplock bag.
  2. Roughly chop your choice of nuts.
  3. In a bowl, combine the crushed cookies with melted butter and mix until damp sand consistency. Press into the bottom of a serving dish.
  4. Fold whipped cream or yogurt with a teaspoon of vanilla and spoon over the cookie base.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce over the cream layer and sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
  6. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours to set, then serve chilled.

Notes

For an extra flavor, consider adding cinnamon or nutmeg to the cookie mixture.
