Description

Ingredients

  • Sourdough Bread: about ½ inch thick slices
  • Parmesan Cheese: grated
  • Black Pepper: freshly cracked
  • Olive Oil: for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Slice sourdough into flatbread-sized pieces.
