Description

A delightful fruit salad featuring fresh fruits and a creamy cheesecake dressing topped with crunchy graham cracker crumbs and rich caramel sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup banana, sliced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Optional: nuts (pecans or walnuts) and a dash of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly and chop strawberries. Combine in a large bowl with blueberries and sliced bananas.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in the powdered sugar, then fold in the whipped topping until blended.
  3. Layer the fruit in a large serving bowl, then spoon the cheesecake mixture on top.
  4. Drizzle generously with caramel sauce.
  5. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the top, adding crushed nuts if desired.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes before serving to meld flavors.
