A delightful fruit salad featuring fresh fruits and a creamy cheesecake dressing topped with crunchy graham cracker crumbs and rich caramel sauce.

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup banana, sliced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- Optional: nuts (pecans or walnuts) and a dash of cinnamon
Instructions
- Wash all fruits thoroughly and chop strawberries. Combine in a large bowl with blueberries and sliced bananas.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in the powdered sugar, then fold in the whipped topping until blended.
- Layer the fruit in a large serving bowl, then spoon the cheesecake mixture on top.
- Drizzle generously with caramel sauce.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the top, adding crushed nuts if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes before serving to meld flavors.
- Before serving, gently toss and top with extra caramel sauce if desired.
