Ingredients
- Boneless chicken (breast or thighs)
- Olive oil
- Oregano
- Paprika
- Garlic
- Crisp lettuce
- Juicy tomatoes
- Cucumbers
- Tzatziki sauce (Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, minced garlic)
- Pita bread or rice
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by mixing olive oil, oregano, paprika, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl, then add the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes on each side until golden brown, then let it rest before slicing.
- Prepare the tzatziki sauce by combining Greek yogurt, drained grated cucumber, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and dill in a bowl.
- Assemble the bowls with a base of rice or greens, then add the chicken, veggies, and top with tzatziki sauce.
- Serve and enjoy with family and friends.
