Description

A vibrant and delicious Chicken Gyro Bowl loaded with marinated chicken, fresh vegetables, and a creamy tzatziki sauce.


Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken (breast or thighs)
  • Olive oil
  • Oregano
  • Paprika
  • Garlic
  • Crisp lettuce
  • Juicy tomatoes
  • Cucumbers
  • Tzatziki sauce (Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, minced garlic)
  • Pita bread or rice

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by mixing olive oil, oregano, paprika, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl, then add the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes on each side until golden brown, then let it rest before slicing.
