- Hot dog buns
- Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground meat over medium heat with chopped onion and minced garlic until softened.
- Add diced tomatoes, drained beans, chili powder, cumin, and salt, then let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Grill the hot dogs until perfectly charred, or boil/pan-fry them if preferred.
- Place grilled hot dogs in toasted buns, spoon chili over the top, and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Finish with toppings of choice and serve hot.
