- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Chimichurri Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together minced garlic, chopped parsley, red wine vinegar, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Marinate the Steak: Coat the flank steak with half of the chimichurri sauce. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least one hour or overnight.
- Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill or skillet on medium-high heat.
- Cook the Flank Steak: Remove the steak from the marinade and discard leftover sauce. Grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Let It Rest: Allow the steak to rest for about 10 minutes.
- Slice and Serve: Slice the steak against the grain and drizzle with remaining chimichurri sauce.
