- 1 cup milk (almond, coconut, soy, or cow’s milk)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup cherries (fresh or frozen, chopped)
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
Instructions
- In a medium bowl or jar, mix rolled oats, milk, and Greek yogurt until well incorporated.
- Stir in cocoa powder and your choice of sweetener, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
- Gently fold in chopped cherries, reserving a few for topping later.
- Add chia seeds and stir until fully blended.
- Transfer to an airtight container or individual jars and let sit in the fridge overnight or for at least 4-6 hours.
- In the morning, top with additional cherries and a dollop of yogurt or a drizzle of honey.
