Description

Deliciously festive cheese balls made with cream cheese, tart cranberries, and crunchy walnuts, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (chives or parsley), chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and chop walnuts and herbs as needed.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and honey until smooth.
  3. Stir in walnuts, cranberries, garlic powder, and herbs.
  4. Using hands, scoop small portions and roll into balls about the size of a golf ball.
  5. Place cheese balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  6. Before serving, roll in additional walnuts or herbs for garnish.
