- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (chives or parsley), chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients and chop walnuts and herbs as needed.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and honey until smooth.
- Stir in walnuts, cranberries, garlic powder, and herbs.
- Using hands, scoop small portions and roll into balls about the size of a golf ball.
- Place cheese balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Before serving, roll in additional walnuts or herbs for garnish.
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute cream cheese with a vegan alternative. Adjust flavors by adding more honey or herbs to taste.
