Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the zest and juice of one orange.
- Gradually add the all-purpose flour and salt until just combined.
- Gently fold in the cranberries.
- Roll out the dough to about 1/2 inch thick and cut into desired shapes.
