- 2 stalks celery, chopped

- 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped
- 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
Instructions
- Prep the Bread: Tear the bread into bite-sized pieces and let sit out overnight or toast lightly.
- Sauté the Aromatics: In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the onions and celery, sautéing for 5-7 minutes until softened.
- Mix in the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sautéed mixture with bread, cranberries, apples, and nuts. Stir gently.
- Season and Add Broth: Add herbs and slowly mix in broth until moistened.
- Bake: Transfer to a greased baking dish, cover with foil, and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden.
