Ingredients
- Phyllo dough
- Brie cheese
- Cranberry sauce
- Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, sage, or parsley)
- Honey or maple syrup
- Egg wash (egg mixed with water or plant-based milk and cornstarch)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Layer 3-5 sheets of phyllo dough, brushing melted butter between each layer. Cut into squares and press into a muffin tin.
- In a bowl, mix cranberry sauce and fresh herbs with optional honey or maple syrup.
- Spoon cranberry mixture into each phyllo cup and top with a slice of brie. Optionally, sprinkle with chopped nuts.
- Brush tops with egg wash or milk mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool slightly, then serve warm.
