Description

Delightful phyllo cups filled with creamy brie and tart cranberries, perfect for gatherings or cozy family times.


Ingredients

  • 10 sheets phyllo dough
  • 1 cup brie cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or thyme, chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lay out the phyllo sheets, brushing melted butter between 4-5 sheets, then cut into squares.
  3. Place the phyllo squares in muffin tins to form cups.
  4. In a bowl, combine cranberries, honey, and herbs.
  5. Place a small piece of brie at the bottom of each cup and spoon the cranberry mixture on top.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until phyllo is golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes

Keep phyllo covered with a damp towel while working to prevent it from drying out. Adjust sweetness of the cranberry mixture to taste.
