Delightful phyllo cups filled with creamy brie and tart cranberries, perfect for gatherings or cozy family times.
Ingredients

- 10 sheets phyllo dough
- 1 cup brie cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or thyme, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lay out the phyllo sheets, brushing melted butter between 4-5 sheets, then cut into squares.
- Place the phyllo squares in muffin tins to form cups.
- In a bowl, combine cranberries, honey, and herbs.
- Place a small piece of brie at the bottom of each cup and spoon the cranberry mixture on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until phyllo is golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving warm.
Notes
Keep phyllo covered with a damp towel while working to prevent it from drying out. Adjust sweetness of the cranberry mixture to taste.
