Instructions
- Gather your ingredients and allow the butter to soften.
- Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the orange zest and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
- Gradually add the flour and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the cranberries evenly throughout the dough.
- Shape the dough into a log, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Slice the chilled dough into 1/4-inch thick rounds and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the edges are light golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
