Instructions
- In a large pot, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent. Stir in minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Toss in the diced bell peppers, followed by the shredded chicken. Stir well to combine and heat through.
