Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve about a cup of pasta cooking water before draining.

- Prepare the Mushrooms: Add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Make the Sauce: Lower heat and stir in yogurt, mixing until creamy. Add reserved pasta water gradually if the sauce is too thick.
- Combine: Add drained pasta to the skillet, mixing gently to coat the pasta with the sauce.
- Finish with Fresh Herbs: Stir in chopped herbs and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve: Serve hot, garnished with extra herbs or parmesan if desired.
