- 1–2 shots Baileys Irish Cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk (or non-dairy alternative)
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- Whipped cream for topping

Instructions
- Scoop the ice cream into a blender.
- Add the Baileys Irish Cream.
- Incorporate the milk and blend until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder and blend again until combined.
- Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream.
- Dust with cocoa powder and drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.

Notes
For a thicker cocktail, add more ice cream. For a lighter version, use low-sugar ice cream and adjust milk accordingly.
