  • 12 fresh chili peppers or Szechuan peppercorns, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas)
  • Toasted sesame seeds for garnish
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Slice the pork, mince the garlic and ginger, and chop your vegetables. Set aside.
  2. Cook the pork: Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the pork until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
