- 2 Fresh Trout Fillets
- ½ cup Unsalted Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Fresh Lemon, juiced
- ¼ cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Rinse the trout fillets and pat dry. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Melt the Butter: In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter until foamy.
- Sear the Trout: Place the trout skin-side down in the skillet. Cook undisturbed for 4-5 minutes until golden.
- Add Garlic and Lemon: Flip the trout, add minced garlic, and pour in lemon juice. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the trout flakes easily.
- Finish with Parsley: Sprinkle chopped parsley over the fish and remove from heat.
