Description

A comforting and flavorful meatloaf made with ground chicken, garlic, and Parmesan cheese, perfect for family gatherings and cozy dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the chopped onions and garlic until fragrant.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, sautéed garlic and onions, bread crumbs, eggs, grated Parmesan, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix gently, then shape into a loaf in a loaf pan or on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Allow resting for 10 minutes before slicing.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, use almond flour instead of bread crumbs. This dish can be served with marinara sauce or as a sandwich with your favorite condiments.
