- 1 lb ground chicken
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the chopped onions and garlic until fragrant.
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, sautéed garlic and onions, bread crumbs, eggs, grated Parmesan, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix gently, then shape into a loaf in a loaf pan or on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Allow resting for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, use almond flour instead of bread crumbs. This dish can be served with marinara sauce or as a sandwich with your favorite condiments.
