Description

Ingredients

  • Sausage links (cocktail sausages or frankfurters)
  • Puff pastry or crescent roll dough
  • Honey or maple syrup
  • Dijon or yellow mustard
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together honey, mustard, and any additional spices; set aside.
  3. If using puff pastry, roll it out to 1/8 inch thick; for crescent roll dough, separate into triangles.
  4. Cut the dough into rectangles (puff pastry) or roll each sausage in the crescent dough.
  5. Brush each wrapped sausage generously with glaze.
  6. Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
