Description

Instructions

  2. If using fresh corn, shuck the kernels from the cob; if using canned corn, drain well.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the corn, honey, melted butter, and eggs until fully blended.
  4. Pour in the milk or cream and mix well until creamy.
  5. Add Creole seasoning or salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and smooth out the top.
  7. Bake for about 35-40 minutes until golden brown and set.
