Instructions
- Choose and prep your fruits: Slice half a banana or hull and slice one cup of strawberries.

- Pour in the milk: Choose about half a cup of milk or your preferred milk alternative.
- Blend away: Secure the lid tightly and blend on high until smooth, pausing to scrape down the sides as needed.
