Description

A vibrant and refreshing guava smoothie perfect for breakfast or an afternoon pick-me-up.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe guavas
  • 1 banana (or substitute with ripe mango)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup ice cubes (or frozen fruit)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the guavas; you can eat the skin.
  2. Blend the guava, banana, Greek yogurt, honey, and lime juice in a blender.
  3. Add a handful of ice cubes and blend until smooth.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or lime juice as desired.
  5. Pour into a glass and garnish with a slice of guava or chia seeds.
