Ingredients

- 2 ripe guavas
- 1 banana (or substitute with ripe mango)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup ice cubes (or frozen fruit)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Wash and cut the guavas; you can eat the skin.
- Blend the guava, banana, Greek yogurt, honey, and lime juice in a blender.
- Add a handful of ice cubes and blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or lime juice as desired.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with a slice of guava or chia seeds.
Notes
For a creamier texture, use frozen fruit instead of ice, and feel free to experiment with spinach for added nutrition.
