Description
A refreshing and creamy guava smoothie that brings the taste of summer into your glass, filled with tropical flavors and a hint of lime.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe guavas, halved and flesh scooped out
- 1 cup natural yogurt or your choice of milk (almond, coconut, or dairy)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- Sweetener to taste (honey, agave, or stevia)
- A handful of ice cubes
Instructions
- Wash the guavas thoroughly and remove the skins if desired.
- Slice the guavas in half and scoop out the flesh and seeds.
- Add the guava flesh to a blender.
- Pour in the yogurt or milk and add lime juice.
- If desired, drizzle in your sweetener.
- Toss in ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, pausing to scrape down the sides if needed.
- Adjust the sweetness or citrus flavor as necessary.
- Serve immediately, garnished with mint leaves or a slice of lime.
Notes
For added nutrition, consider adding flaxseeds or chia seeds. Freeze leftovers in popsicle molds for a frozen treat.
