Ingredients

- 200g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
- 100g unsalted butter
- 200g granulated sugar
- 3 lightly beaten eggs
- 100g all-purpose flour
- 100g toasted hazelnuts, chopped
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the dark chocolate and butter together until smooth, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat and whisk in the granulated sugar and vanilla extract until combined.
- Allow to cool slightly, then add the beaten eggs one by one, whisking until thick and glossy.
- Sift together the flour and salt, then gently fold into the chocolate mixture.
- Fold in the toasted hazelnuts until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges spring back but the center remains soft.
- Cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then lift out using parchment paper, cut into squares, and serve.
Notes
