Ingredients

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (or gluten-free blend)
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- Optional: 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- Optional: 1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Gradually mix in the flour until well combined.
- Gently stir in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
- Use a tablespoon to drop the mixture onto the lined baking sheet, leaving space between each cluster.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden and marshmallows are puffed.
- Let them cool for a few minutes on the sheet before transferring them to a wire rack.
Notes
For added flavor, try sprinkling sea salt on top before baking, or drizzling with chocolate after baking.
