Description

Delicious cookie clusters made with gooey marshmallows and chocolate chips, perfect for the holiday season.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (or gluten-free blend)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • Optional: 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • Optional: 1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Gradually mix in the flour until well combined.
  4. Gently stir in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  5. Use a tablespoon to drop the mixture onto the lined baking sheet, leaving space between each cluster.
  6. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden and marshmallows are puffed.
  7. Let them cool for a few minutes on the sheet before transferring them to a wire rack.

Notes

For added flavor, try sprinkling sea salt on top before baking, or drizzling with chocolate after baking.
