Description

Ingredients

  • 23 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and peel the carrots, then cut them into uniform pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cut carrots, honey, olive oil, fresh thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.
  4. Spread the carrots in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Roast for about 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
