- 2 cups cooked chicken (breast or thighs), chopped
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup cucumber, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or oven. Season chicken with herbs and spices, then grill or bake until fully cooked (about 15-20 minutes).
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, chopped cucumber, dill, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Once cooled, chop chicken into bite-sized pieces and mix it with the tzatziki mixture.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
- For best flavor, let the salad marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
