- 4 Fresh kiwis, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1–2 tbsp Honey
- 1 cup Spinach or kale
- 1 cup Almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 cup Ice cubes
Instructions
- Peel and chop your fresh kiwis into chunks.
- In a blender, combine the kiwi chunks with yogurt, honey, and spinach or kale.
- Slowly pour in the almond milk—a little at a time—to achieve your ideal consistency. Blend until smooth and vibrant.
- Add ice cubes and blend again until everything is frosty and creamy.
- Taste your smoothie and adjust sweetness as desired.
Notes
For a twist, consider adding lime juice for zest or a few slices of banana for added sweetness. Using ripe kiwis will enhance the flavor significantly.
