Ingredients

  • 4 Fresh kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 12 tbsp Honey
  • 1 cup Spinach or kale
  • 1 cup Almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 cup Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop your fresh kiwis into chunks.
  2. In a blender, combine the kiwi chunks with yogurt, honey, and spinach or kale.
  3. Slowly pour in the almond milk—a little at a time—to achieve your ideal consistency. Blend until smooth and vibrant.
  4. Add ice cubes and blend again until everything is frosty and creamy.
  5. Taste your smoothie and adjust sweetness as desired.

Notes
