- 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and quartered
- 1 banana
- 1 handful of fresh spinach or kale
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (to taste)
Instructions
- Wash and peel the kiwi, and cut it into quarters.
- Wash the spinach or kale thoroughly.
- Toss the kiwi, spinach, and banana into a blender.
- Add the yogurt and almond milk, adjusting the milk amount for desired thickness.
- Sweeten with honey or agave syrup if desired.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Pour into a glass, stir, and garnish with a sprig of mint if desired.
Notes
For added flavor, try incorporating other fruits like berries or avocado, and consider toppings like chia seeds or shredded coconut for garnish.
