Description

A refreshing and nutritious Kiwi Smoothie that combines the tangy sweetness of kiwi with creamy yogurt and greens, perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and quartered
  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful of fresh spinach or kale
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 12 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the kiwi, and cut it into quarters.
  2. Wash the spinach or kale thoroughly.
  3. Toss the kiwi, spinach, and banana into a blender.
  4. Add the yogurt and almond milk, adjusting the milk amount for desired thickness.
  5. Sweeten with honey or agave syrup if desired.
  6. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  7. Pour into a glass, stir, and garnish with a sprig of mint if desired.
