- 1 banana
- 1 cup coconut milk (or almond milk)
- Handful of spinach or kale (optional)
- Toppings: sliced bananas, berries, granola, chia seeds, coconut flakes, nuts, or nut butter
Instructions
- Combine the mango, banana, and coconut milk in a blender. Add spinach if desired and blend until smooth.
- If too thick, add more liquid; if too thin, add more banana or ice.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or agave syrup if necessary.
