Ingredients

- Cabbage (green or red), thinly sliced

- Dijon mustard
- Onion, diced

Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Slice the cabbage, dice the onion, and mince the garlic.
- Cook the sausage: In a large skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Once hot, add the sliced sausages and cook until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- Sauté the veggies: In the same skillet, add the diced onion and sauté for about 2 minutes. Add minced garlic and sliced cabbage, sautéing for another 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Combine and season: Return the sausage and drizzle maple syrup and Dijon. Stir well and season to taste.
- Finish off and serve: Let it cook together for 3 more minutes and garnish with fresh herbs.
