Description

Ingredients

  • 12 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 23 tablespoons hot water
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • Sweetener to taste (simple syrup, honey, or agave)
  • ½ cup boba pearls
  • Water for cooking boba
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the boba pearls by boiling water in a pot. Add boba and cook for 5-7 minutes until soft and translucent. Rinse with cold water.
  2. In a bowl, combine matcha powder with hot water and whisk until smooth.
  3. In a glass, combine the cooked boba pearls with the matcha mixture and add sweetener to taste.
