Description

Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken (breast or thighs)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • Feta cheese (optional)
  • Fresh herbs (dill and parsley)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and herbs for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the tzatziki by combining Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper; mix and refrigerate.
  3. Cook the marinated chicken on a grill or skillet for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
