Instructions
- Remove the skin from the rotisserie chicken and shred the meat.
- If using store-bought tostada shells, heat them in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes. If making from scratch, fry corn tortillas in oil until golden brown.
- Start with the tostada shell as your base and spread a generous scoop of shredded chicken on top.
