Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese and shredded cheese until smooth. Add minced garlic, chopped herbs, and seasonings, mixing well.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about an hour.
- Form bite-sized balls (about one inch in diameter) using a small scoop or your hands.
- Roll each cheeseball in nuts or coatings.
- Refrigerate for another 30 minutes to set the flavors and shape.
- Serve on a platter with toothpicks or small skewers.
