Description

Delicious bite-sized treats featuring creamy brie and tart cranberries wrapped in flaky pastry, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights at home.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 8 oz brie cheese
  • 1 cup cranberries (fresh or sauce)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Fresh herbs (thyme or rosemary, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into circles (3 inches in diameter).
  3. Lightly grease a muffin tin and press each pastry circle into the cups.
  4. Add small pieces of brie and a spoonful of cranberries in each pastry shell.
  5. Beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the pastry.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden and flaky.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving, garnishing with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes
