- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
- 1 cup heavy cream (for topping)

- Mini cups or jars for serving
- Sponge cake or small cakes (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Milk Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of whole milk, 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk, and 1 cup of evaporated milk. Whisk until well combined. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and a pinch of cinnamon if desired.
- Soak the Cups: Place mini cups or jars in a large baking dish. Layer small slices of sponge cake at the bottom of each cup (if using). Pour the milk mixture over the top, ensuring the cake soaks up the flavor.
- Chill: Cover the cups with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes (preferably overnight) to allow flavors to meld.
- Prepare the Topping: Just before serving, whip 1 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form, adding 1 tablespoon of sugar if desired. Top each Mini Three Milk Cup with a dollop of whipped cream.
- Garnish: Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a few berries on top for added contrast.
Notes
Choose slightly stale sponge cake for better absorption of the milk mixture. Don’t rush the chilling time to enhance flavor.
