A flavorful family favorite featuring lobster tails brushed with rich miso-butter, perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients

- Fresh rock lobster tails
- White miso paste
- Unsalted butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Lemon juice
- Fresh herbs (parsley or chives)
Instructions
- Split lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Stir in the miso paste and minced garlic until smooth. Add lemon juice and blend well.
- Brush miso-butter mixture generously onto lobster flesh, coating well.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill lobster tails flesh-side down for 5-7 minutes until opaque. Flip and brush with miso-butter again, grilling for another 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from grill, sprinkle with fresh herbs, and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
Watch the lobster closely while grilling to prevent overcooking.
