Ingredients
- Naan bread (plain or flavored)
- Pizza sauce or pesto
- Mozzarella cheese
- Sharp cheddar cheese
- Sautéed mushrooms
- Bell peppers
- Onions
- Spinach
- Cooked chicken (optional)
- Fresh basil
- Oregano
- Crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Place the naan on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Brush lightly with olive oil.
- Spread a layer of pizza sauce or pesto evenly over the naan.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and sharp cheddar cheese over the sauce.
- Add your chosen toppings.
- Bake for 8-12 minutes until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden brown.
- Sprinkle fresh herbs on top after baking.
- Let cool for a minute, then slice and serve.
Notes
