  • 1 lb ground beef (or turkey, chicken, or lentils for vegetarian option)
  • 2 cups mixed cheese (sharp cheddar and Monterey Jack)
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh toppings: chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, guacamole

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
