Ingredients

- 1 lb pizza dough
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (or other herbs)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, about ½ inch thick, and cut into 1-inch strips.
- Form each strip into a knot and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the knots with the garlic butter mixture and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with parmesan before serving.
Notes
Serve with marinara sauce for dipping. Allow knots to cool for a few minutes before serving.
