- 4–5 ripe peaches, washed, peeled, and sliced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Prepare the Peaches: Place sliced peaches in a bowl, sprinkle with sugar, and let sit for about 30 minutes.
- Blend the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until well combined.
- Create the Peach Mixture: Mash the peaches and fold them into the cream mixture.
- Chill the Mixture: Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Churn the Ice Cream: Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions (about 20-25 minutes).
- Freeze to Firm Up: Transfer churned ice cream into an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Serve with Love: Use a scoop dipped in warm water to serve, garnish with fresh peach slices if desired.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, substitute heavy cream with coconut milk. Consider using honey or agave nectar instead of sugar for a healthier alternative.
