Description
A rich and creamy holiday fudge infused with peppermint and topped with crushed candy canes, perfect for sharing and gifting.
Ingredients

- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Prepare an 8-inch square baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, butter, and chocolate chips. Stir over low heat until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and add peppermint extract, adjusting to taste.
- Fold in crushed candy canes.
- Pour into the prepared dish and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle remaining crushed candy canes on top.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for 2 hours, then refrigerate for 2 additional hours until set.
- Lift out using parchment paper, cut into squares, and serve.
Notes
For an extra festive look, drizzle melted white chocolate over the top before adding additional crushed candy canes.
