Description

A delightful fusion of rich chocolate and refreshing peppermint, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of chocolate (dark or semi-sweet)
  • 1 can (14 oz) of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 1 tsp of peppermint extract
  • Green food coloring (for swirling)
  • 1 cup of crushed candy canes or peppermint pieces

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring frequently until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in sweetened condensed milk until blended.
  4. Add peppermint extract and mix thoroughly.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix a small portion of fudge with green food coloring and drizzle over the main fudge. Swirl gently with a knife.
  7. Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  9. Remove from pan, cut into squares, and serve.
