Instructions
- Gather your ingredients and your blender.
- If using fresh pineapple, peel, core, and chop it into small chunks.
- Add the pineapple chunks into the blender.
- Next, add the yogurt.
- Pour in the coconut milk, then add any sweetener if desired.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds to a minute.
