Instructions

- In a separate bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, eggs, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the finely chopped pistachios.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the crust layer, smoothing it with a spatula.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes, checking for doneness— the center should look slightly underdone.
- Allow the cake to cool before dusting with confectioner’s sugar. Serve warm.
