Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter.

  3. Incorporate the beaten eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.

  7. Fold in the finely chopped pistachios.
  8. Pour the creamy mixture over the crust layer, smoothing it with a spatula.
  9. Bake for 40-50 minutes, checking for doneness— the center should look slightly underdone.
  10. Allow the cake to cool before dusting with confectioner’s sugar. Serve warm.
